Refund Policy

We have a 48 hour refund policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, you must inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 


To start a refund request, you can contact us at info@modinc.ca or fill out a form on our Contact Us page. Refund requests made 48 hours after the item was delivered will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will be asked to provide proof of any such claims in the form of a picture or video.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Since each item is a custom made to order we do not accept returns.

 

Exchanges 
If a refund request is accepted you have the option to exchange your order for one of equal value. This can be the exact same order reprinted or something else of your choosing.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
